Te Puna Lodge

A 700sqm luxury new build located in rural Tauranga with breathtaking views over the Tauranga harbour and beyond to Mayor Island. This two year project was complex by nature due to its scale, the architectural design, the exotic materials and the level of detail in the finishing. The home is a true work of art with finely crafted timber features, including timber wall and ceiling panelling, and striking raw timber beams, all hand crafted onsite by the Falcon Build team. Waima Residence

This renovation in Titirangi Auckland, restored a 1960’s bach to a modern Scandinavian inspired home and was featured in homestyle magazine. The brief for this project was maximum effect for minimal budget, refreshing the entire home and restoring the original basement to create extra living space. Custom work throughout the home added soul to the home and earnt its feature in Homestyle magazine. Bespoke work included the steel balustrade and staircase, sliding barn doors, a plywood pantry and hand crafted concrete and macrocarpa timber bench tops.

Mission Bay Residence

This project involved a full reclad and remediation of a badly leaking home. We completely transformed this home from dogs breakfast into a modernised weathertight home. A project like this presents challenges to builders and architects alike, but by collaborating with Council, designers and weather tight specialists, we were able to find practical solutions to remedy the original shortcomings of the building. The home is located in the highly desirable suburb of Mission Bay, Auckland, so the owners were intent on restoring their home to capitalise on the sought after location.

Titirangi Residence

A 100sqm extension onto the owners existing home nestled into the bush in Titirangi. This renovation completely modernised the home and revolutionised the way the family lived and entertained in their home. The highlight of this project was the exposed trusses which added volume and visual appeal. A few years later this property sold for a record breaking value in the Titirangi area, providing a return for every dollar spent on the renovation.
